Tournament formula

The tournament will be played over 7 rounds according to the Suisse System. The time limit will be 90 minutes with a 30 second increment per move.

If you are unable to play in any of the first two
rounds, 1⁄2 point will be given for that round if you have notified the
organizing committee before the start of the tournament.
Absences for the other rounds also need to be announced.
However, no points will be given.
